PART 3 UPDATE
THE GAME IS NOT OVER EVIDENCE 1, VEHICLES OUT IN YOUR HUB WORLD YARD. EVIDENCE 2 THERE IS ONLY ONE MISSION IN COLLINGTON. AND EVIDENCE 3, AFTER YOU UNLOCK THE BLUE TIDE ITEM THERE ARE JUST CASH REWARDS INSTEAD OF NEW TOOLS.

Why in f**k would you need an assault rifle? And a f**king minigun? You're almost as bad as Themommies...
The minigun is technically already in the game.
(It's a built-in mod, and is found in the mission where you destroy the food court.)

How is any of that supposed to be evidence for part 3?

  1. Vehicles in your hub are being moved all the time since the hub tells it's own story in the daily life of the protagonist renovating his barndominium.
  2. Cullington is your mothers hometown and only a map to play at in the campaign for Mr. Amanatides letting his autonomous truxterminator take revenge on you.
  3. Not unlocking anymore tools literally means having arrived in the late game.

The devs also said part 2 is the last part.
