Report a translation problem
I am pretty sure there is a mod which does a partial job and fixing this but it doesn't fully work.
EDIT: I think it is - Structural Integrity and Collateral Damage system
There have been a few games with non scripted destruction (like Red faction Armageddon) where buildings collapse realistically most of the time. So it may be possible for the dev to add this at some point but I wouldn't hold your breath :)
Yeah i mean, collapsable structures should break from one point to another. I will check that one u mentioned do.
