[FIX] Workshop Mods Not Loading

Hello All,

Whilst attempting to figure out why Workshop Mods were not loading in Teardown I also discovered that indie title "NIMBY Rails" was also refusing to load, complaining that the Steam API wasn't accessible.

After some digging, and a bit of back and forth with the dev, the problem is now resolved.

The fix is a bit thermonuclear, but it works!

Close all running instances of Steam.
Travel to where you have Steam installed.
Delete all files and folders EXCEPT Steam.exe and steamapps.
Launch Steam, it will repair itself and then prompt you to log in.
Wait for Workshop Mods to redownload.
Launch Teardown!

this actually worked!

All i had to do other than this is, Launch steam.exe as an administrator and unsubscribe from all my mods and resubscribe.
