Anyone else disappointed with the lack of destruction missions
Going into this game I knew there would be robbery levels, but didn't think there would be so many. So far, I've had 2 destruction missions. The first level, and the tower in Lee Chemicals. I still enjoy the game but it leaves me wanting more.

Yeah, the lack of destruction missions is a bit of a shame. But the sandbox mode makes up for it.

Something |'m hoping chapter two has is destruction missions, but with beefed up mechanics to still warrant that foresight and planning the heist missions have. Alarmed walls, areas you need to NOT destroy, stuff like that

All the timed alarm-based heists are a real drag. Especially since it's more than 2 hours into the game before you realize you've been duped.

creativity is really the only thing for me that limits the missions

The timed heist missions really kill this game for me. Thought I was picking up a de-stress destruction game, instead I purchased "build your own speed run but with annoying mechanics" simulator.

You should def give mods a try then. At least then you can have your own fun outside of the standard campaign. If you'd like to play the original maps with no timer, there's a file that you can put into your folder that unlocks all the maps.

As much as I sympathise the game description does talk about them

"The moment you pick up your first target, an alarm goes off, and the heat is on. Run, jump, drive, slingshot, do whatever you need to collect all of the targets, and escape before security arrives."

Yeah the campaign was pretty stressful. Kinda was hoping for a de-stress game.

I do like the timed missions - to an extent. But since the core of this game is more about smashin' stuff - more smashin'.

Also, Fine Arts and Insurance Fraud REALLY need to be fixed. They're doable - BARELY.
If they've built in missions that most players can't completely finish, then yeah, there's a balance issue. I'm pretty good at this game and I really struggled with these two.

yeah i'm sorry, but without alarm missions there wouldn't be much depth to the gameplay. What are you supposed to do, just break something? Those missions are literally impossible to fail.

yes literally break something

If all the missions had no timer, there would be little edginess or thrill to the game.

"Insurance Fraud" - too hard
"The Tower" - too easy

I'd say one of the better balanced ones is "Flooding" - there's a timer, but you've just got to blow some stuff up. it's fun, the timer adds some thrill to it, but it's still a fun and easy mission.
