I get that people want to do more optional objectives to unlock and upgrade all the tools faster, but you don't need 100% completion to max all upgrades, and you don't need max upgrades to begin with. Pipe bombs are a waste of money, I barely used the rocket launcher, all you really need is shotgun, planks, a few bombs and some pistol.
But I agree with y'all, an easy, medium, Intended difficulty. Option should be there, something like +15 seconds +30 seconds. Maybe even a slider. I mean it's a singleplayer game who cares if it takes you 20 minutes to complete the map. But i'm sure all of this is going to come into play in the future, none of this takes the spotlight as it currently stands.
I Can't believe no one pointed out how funny this was LOL so I'm totally gonna XD
I'd say the amount of time you allow yourself for setup is the difficulty slider. More or less, anything is possible with enough time. That said, knocking a mission out in 10-15 minutes can be crazy. Watching a video showing how to do a mission can also be an effective cheat for those that decide that a mission is impossible.
I actually hate the pipe bombs in this game. They're too slippery, the throw is off center, and they bounce around too much. They're only useful in smaller rooms with explosives in it.
