its simply bc the only refreshes at 60fps even if it says its higher its not

No need for more than 60 with this quite frankly.
I mean by today’s standards most things support at least to 144/120 but the issue isn’t so much that it doesn’t it’s just that even with vsync on or off and or Gsync on or off there is still tremendous screen tearing. I’m fine if it locks to whatever as long as it’s smooth, here it just isn’t I think is all we’re getting at.
There is probably bound to be optimization in the future im sure.
