Can't launch the game on Windows 7 (user32.dll issue)

We're sorry about the issues with the game crashing on Windows 7, we are looking into this to see if we can find a fix.

We have just uploaded an experimental build to Steam that hopefully fix the issue.

To test this branch;
- Right click Teardown in your Steam library
- Select 'Properties...'
- Select the 'Betas' tab at the top
- Select 'experimental - The latest features and fixes' in the dropdown under 'Select the beta you would like to opt into:' (There is no access code)
- Click 'Close'

i have the same problem on windows 8.1

REMOVE SetProcessDpiAwarenessContext . There, the whole problem solved!
Game want run on ALL WIN10 even.
