why dont you just around the bit that the alarm is attached to?

I feel like the only way there could be a power system is if you had to do a difficult time trial to turn it off, otherwise, the challenge of the game would be nonexistence.

When it comes to the alarms if theyre attached to an alreadyy movable object like a boat you can just drag them all to the same area and make a run for the non movable ones to come back to the escape vehicle with all the objects there.

Here's what I did for this level.
The car on the ramp van? Move it to the garage on the east, with the lambo.
Get 2 other cars and place them there, you'll need them later on.
You need another car in front of the red sports car beneath the house. There should be a pool in front of that sports car. Place this spare car next to it, facing the sports car.

Get the Cadillac on the canted ramp, and drive it to the little pool. This will count as a car in water.
Hop into the spare car and drive to the sports car.
Drive the sports car east and off the map
Hop out, jump into the sports car on the van, and drive it backwards. Be careful or you'll be flung into the water down the cliff.
Hop into the lambo and drive that off the cliff.
Hop into one of the spare cars and drive straight towards the blue Cadillac west of the lambo.
Drive the blue Caddy east off the cliff
Hop into the second spare car and drive north through the gate to the exit

I got all the cars this way. But you'll have to do a lot of terraforming to get the cars to perform efficiently

I would like to also recommend that you take the two grey BMW SUVs as your spare cars. They are probably the most stable cars on the level. If you already wrecked them then the tiny blue hatchback in the same garage with the green Lambo is a great choice, tho be careful when you are driving out if you haven't took the gate out of the picture
