Game engine
So far created scene looks very cool. Voxels have physics, but they are small enough to look not like big cubes.
I wonder if this game uses custom engine or Unity/Unreal Engine/etc?

What game engine are you using?
The game uses a custom physics and graphics engine built for this game specifically. It uses raytracing for lighting, but does not require an RTX GPU.
