Single player difficulty mode
Overall the single-player missions are extremely short and easy, with only a few of the Reclaimer battles (e.x. Terrors) and a few of the bosses (e.x. Dominator). In most, it's hard to play bad enough to actually die.

I'd like a difficulty mode which increases the damage (as well as the HP for some of the lower-tier enemies which are usually paper thin), with more credit payouts upon mission completion.

I'd prefer each mission having a hard mode in the way Armored Core 4 does it, where there's some additional complication. Sometimes it's a straightforward thing, like extra enemies or the enemies you face have bigger weapons, or you don't have as many allies. But the cool ones were ones had more interesting gimmicks, like "your super booster is malfunctioning so you can't take any hits on the way in," or "your energy shield doesn't work."

Something for DxM2, I suppose.

Solid idea, but I think the base difficulty still needs a buff.

Dominator was literally the only difficult section of the game, and that was mostly just because it has so much health.
AC4 at least pushed back a bit on your first playthrough.

For that matter, there should also be harder difficulties or modes for the co-op missions.

Maybe even something akin to co-op Campaign missions as well.

For me, most difficult mission was runaway train. With fast and light build i was keeping destroyed and with more heavy i was not quick enough for it. After many attempts managed to hop on board of train with more heavy build after destroying sentinels from from afar. Was lucky not to fall down from explosions and whatever.

Dominator i killed "easy way" admittedly, throwing capsules, i admit. And before it Grief destroyed my arsenal so i had to trap and grenade him as outer, lol.

i've no idea how kill Aviator, its so fast, npcs just killed it for me. Zeruchroar also seems challenging and i like how expanding moveset he has, but overall i m not fond of these monhun like coop bosses with huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge healthbars so it will take ages to kill them unless you grinded ages for cool parts/weapons.
