the peaceful way is exactly as it says though; so long as you fulfil those requirements, you don't have to fire a single shot at all, so i wouldn't worry about ejecting weapons in situ, just don't bring them at all
in fact, i'm pretty sure having any weapons equipped prior to starting the mission locks you into the aggressive path regardless of whether you ditch them or not
Grief attacked me because my Mech had only an Auxiliary Bullet Clip equiped on it that i forgot to remove. i was thinking that i did something wrong, and i was attacked without a chance to win. if you want the peacefull route thre must be NOTHING on you or the arsenal. nothing at all.
