How do you load crossaves ?

Hi, my switch is actually in maintenance and I wanted to play on pc but unfortunately I don't find any way to load switch saves. I suppose I'm missing the obvious since noone seems to have asked this question ever...Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.a

You have to link your steam account with your switch account and vice versa. Make sure both versions are up to date.

Hey thanks for taking the time to reply. I was pretty sure, I would have to link them in one way or another. My question was more : how do you do that ?

Start it on your Switch and see if there is an option for it in the options menu on the title screen. I haven't seen a guide for DxM specifically but it should work like how previous games do it.
