It would, if the game's story involved that cost. But it doesn't. Making the entire idea shallow. They can still make the parts aesthetically pleasing.
I do agree it looks better than the helmets.
I don't mind the lines themselves. It's the fact that there is a clear line that cuts the top of the lines off on your forehead.
