The 4th option is a sleek one that looks like a suit. It has no sholder pads or bits that go over the legs.

The final legs take away your feet, the final chest retains your chest and basically gives you thrusters on your back to fly with and the final head is a full helmet that covers w/e you had before that looks a certain helmet from SW (google: death star gunner helmet).

Being able to fly as an Outer is amazing. In exploration mode you can be in and out of those annoying rooms that force you out of your Arsenal in seconds.

But outer flight means giving up on 25% reload speed or melee damage, not a very good trade.
