Can't wait for the guides for this game!
So there has always been a somewhat incomplete guide to parts and where to find them floating around Reddit, as well as a body mod appearance guide in Japanese for reference, but now that it's on Steam, I'm looking forward to it all being more readily available through the Guides tab. It would also be nice to have the information on Reclaimer unlocks and fight missions a few clicks away through the Steam UI.

I'm sure somebody will compile it all eventually. We could all definitely use a build calculator to avoid farming for stuff we may not end up liking statistically.

Getting any one thing besides the multiplayer missions doesn't really take that long, and just comes down to drop luck. Each Arsenal has 11 things that can drop, and you get to pick any one item you want from a list of 2-5 randomly selected items from the table that is generated upon defeating an enemy. If you are fighting a simple Legion set based Strai with a Grim Reaper AR and a Silver Raven, then Legion parts and those weapons are what you get. Fight one of the Reclaimers, and you will get one of the parts that they actually use, and it's just a matter of grinding out the table until a certain part is selected from the list of 11, and hopefully one with 3 mod slots.

Weapons are a bit more complicated because most weapons that aren't from boss research have 5 variants, and any enemy using that weapon type might drop any variant except for M, which is Multiplayer Exploration mission only. All and all, not really a matter of grinding out parts you don't necessarily like, sometimes it's just what becomes available when and where. Most missions that don't have you fighting a boss tend not to last all that long, so you will probably find yourself going after other pieces for experimentation later anyway. It would just be nice to have a guide that lets you know exactly what armor parts are where and who has what gun to help fill in the gaps, because you might not know off the top of your head.

I'll never forget grinding Artist for SR2S 3 slot as well as damage amp mk3s before the mk4 and mk5 attachments came out. That was a pain in the ass lol
