Region lock the UK if they have a problem with it.
They'd also have to region lock Australia (among other regions), and with how things are going the US too. Which makes it rather pointless to even bother. This is why D3Publisher rebooted with Life. I'd love to play the original and Z in English, but we have to accept the chances of it happening are basically zero now. Z became too high profile.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the UK only banned the sale of physical copies, digital one should be fine.
The US were fine with the game actually, I believe the game was banned in 5 countries so just add those to the region filter and release the game on steam already.
Life is a reboot featuring different characters
Bro, how are you on top of these games always? Smh
sorry for bad eng. i'm using googletranslate
Z had a loli character (or at least one who looked young but was old enough to get breasts expansion), Life doesn't.
I personally liked the cast of OLZ better but I'm still going to get this one on steam. I just hope D3 will show a big middle finger to sony by releasing OLZ on steam.
btw do you know what also need a steam release?
The entire Bullet Girls series.
D3, please.
Darn, no loli breast expansion? That stinks, but at least this and taimanin asagi is getting a release at all
The UK has banned it, which covers digital, physical, and imports (customs will seize and destroy if they find it during random checks). So Steam wouldn't be a possibility. As for the US, perhaps they will be okay, but they've gotten a reputation in Japan for being hostile to these games. The Switch release was okay because Nintendo are still primarily operating out of Japan. But Sony being US based and allowing "SJWs" to force their BS onto Japanese developers is what caused this hassle in the first place.
Honestly, I'm surprised Valve let this one on Steam and didn't demand the cuts in Labyrinth Life. They're so unpredictable with what is acceptable these days =/
I love my lewd JRPGs too much; I must watch out for any news that comes up.
totally agree. there are plenty of games on steam that are region locked, so it doesn't really matter because there are ways around them, VPN.
Don't use a VPN with Steam to buy stuff. Fastest way to lose your account. Valve are almost as anal as Bandai Namco when it comes to buying out of region.
