Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to make a guide to help learn how to play the game. I am stuck so as to say whenever the "EU ascension talks" event comes up, the game keeps saying it is impossible for me to sign it, and the nation immediately...

The possibility of a "gentle start" was added. This mode include additional power, reserves and rating on the start. You can also get achievements.

Opportunity to start the game with a bonus
Inflation growth has been slowed down as a result of some events
Reduced abilities of centrist Ministers
Reduced drop in economic growth in some events
Reduced rating drop in some events
Added titles of fractions in the window
Shifted the display in the languages window so that the pressure buttons do not overlap
Getting a European grant will increase rating
Commas in large numbers
Changes in the localization
In the tree window you can activate "Populism" which increases the rating
Increased highlighting of descisions in the tree window
The rating turns green if it increases or red if it drops
