cannot muster army?
the army didn't react when I click the muster button. Is this a bug?

You must place the division once, so that they know where to stand.

how exactly is that done? I have an invasion of 10 men coming in and no idea how to get some troops to stop it.

you need at least 1 training dummy,to get troops.
you can setup garrison armies,at the sword icon top left.
and you can control them with army mode top right.
and finally set a position and mobilize.
you need to click-drag a position.
they need a start position to mobilize to.
