I have no idea what is going on with this mechanic? where can you see it? how can you restore it?

It's unbelievably annoying.

Basically you replenish it with food items. But not every food item. And even the ones that do it only do a few points at a time. Just read the food item descriptions to see if they give you health point restoration.

For extra confusion points, apparently the "Health Points" that healing potions restore don't apply to the actual new Health mechanic. So far only food, and eating/resting at Inns works reliably for me.

Meanwhile, we still have to wait to be able to customize our Mercs.

There is a doctor option (you can find him in town near alchemy vendor or just choose "doctor" option when you enter the town) , he can heal you and your team for a price, along with healing injures

fastest way to get money is stealing cash from npc (make sure you stealing less then your stealing capacity to avoid being exposed)
