there is a corral right next to your house, that's where you do breeding.

In breeding yard, but careful, nephylem that are not castrated may get pregnant and lose lust.

The partner must not have the traits sadistic* or the vampiric thing (looks like dripping vampy-teeth - no idea whats that called ingame rn). If they do have, these leech the XP to their own that would have granted to the other one.

*Forget about the sadistic.. it's just reducing the happiness.
