Data drives not collecting and other minor concerns

As the title says, collecting the drives in the different ships does not register in the data miner. I'm NOT being confused with the green credit drives either. It was noticed a couple weeks before the Atlas Update when I was trying to 100% the data miner, where I originally thought it was an error where the credit drive was supposed to show up but didn't, except the Atlas ships are supposed to have new drives on them and they still don't count as collected.

Additional bugs/irritants are:
- Atlas atmo generators aren't attached to the wall, or they detach during room by room door decompression and usually smack into a wall and break.
- Atlas thrusters are a pain to salvage as popping the cap off usually releases an air burst that punts the thruster a couple metres away and into a mild spin, despite having no atmospheric pressure inside. Plus the two wall halves are unwieldy and prone to jamming in the processor mouth.
- The ship doctor has a [1] alert icon next to it despite me having finished before the update. It was added after and won't go away even if I open it.
