"Ghost" Apparel Sticker

I've been trying to get the holographic "Ghost Apparel" Sticker for a while, but I'm stuck at only 5 helmets when I need 6 to get two "Helmets Are Mandatory" stickers for the upgrade.

I've gotten 6/6 ghost ship data logs (5 from the helmets, 1 from a Stellar Commission Atlas Scout), but the last log was a regular data drive and not a helmet. By now I've scoured tons of ghost ships for one more helmet, to no avail. It would make sense for helmet messages to not repeat, but if that was the case, wouldn't it make the "Ghost Apparel" sticker impossible since there's only 5 helmet logs?

If it helps, I remember I consistently got one helmet from each of the first five ghost ships I salvaged, and after that helmets stopped appearing. I eventually got the sixth ghost ship log (non-helmet) after Industrial Action, though it did take several tries.

Is this all futile? Or am I just missing something?

Edit: In the minutes after posting this, $1000 credit drives appeared on two separate ghost ships I was looking through. I think the game is mocking me :(
