Grade 3 cutting points ...and high grade materials in general

Hey I might miss some training but beside generators (goal of training ship) I found also grade 3 cutting points which deflect slightly upgraded cutters.
I am not eager to throw large chunks of frames on barge so any idea how to handle these without wrecking attached antenae or ion rings?

You need demo charges for those cut points. It's possible for the ships to spawn before you buy them (they are pretty expensive to unlock). You just have to accept the losses.

I was afraid of that. Especialy since I found out that these increase your upkeep by 100k per shift.
Also I bet I better should decrease blast radius to evade colateral eh?
Guess in meantime I need to dump some materials without separating

If you place the demo charge properly on the hard point only the hard point will be destroyed.
Debt is just a number for the story line. it's not something to worry about. Although you can challenge yourself to clear it to nill just for fun.
