Only way I could figure out is cut them, painstakingly.

wont you lose money for destroying the airlocks though?

The valuable part of the airlocks shouldn't have doors built into them? Usually, the door is actually in the aluminum panel that the airlock is up against. You can cut into those pretty easily. If it's a nano wall, you can just huck it into the processor without removing the door.

I don't usually worry about them but you can pull the doors. Close the airlock then pull the control. Doors can now be removed with the grapple.

I've been closing the airlock, tethering the doors to a wall, then cutting them open. Make sure you're on the side with the pressure, so you can cut both while flying out. I'll try Nitro's tip tomorrow. :computer_game_time_qt:

I can't grapple without first splitsawing them a bit. It's worth mentioning that it seems like remaining doors respawn in airlocks when you start a new shift :BeastAlive:

You have to cut around the door frame and it will pop out. I can usually get doors out in three cuts, one horizontal cut across the top middle panel and top right(or left) panel, then the same on the bottom opposite side to the top cut, and then one perpendicular cut on the left side (or right if you started on the left) down the top and middle panel. Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, you'll figure it out just play around with cutting around the door frame, the doors will eventually pop out.

I do not think the doors are worth the effort of getting them out. It looks like you lose more value because of the cuts than you do for leaving the doors where they are .

I've gotten 100% salvage, only by getting the doors too

100% salvage is quite the achievement. Dont think I ever did that. Also, don't know if not adding it to the list of Achievements is good or not.

imo, it's unnecessary waste of time to salvage the actual doors.

Control panel has valuable price tag, and also the airlock part that goes in the barge, make sure not damage them while cutting the tunnel free.

To each, his own, i guess....

Tip: You can get both doors off in one cut. line up to the centre and rotate Slightly Askew. have the bottom of the saw Indicator slightly touching one door with the top part slightly touching the other.

This very slight diagonal cut will register as a cut on both doors and you can pop them both out.

ah! I never thought of that, always cut from the bottom/top, which can get tricky to do quickly in an airlock

Just salvage the whole airlock dude, the few thousand dollars the door is worth isn't worth the value of the airlock.
