Unless we're talking about one of the salvage geckos, then good luck mate better you than me.
Jokes aside, while it is possible to clear them out of all the stuff that can fit out the airlock and then tether all the bigger stuff to the furthest end of the ship away from the gen so you can vent is safely, boy does it take an age and a half to do it just to be able to take it apart normally afterwards.
Not worth the effort.
Probably. But when it comes to money/minute, they still ain't worth the risk.
I have been able to do every ship multiple times even some of the salvage runners if they don't explode instantly. It is all just extra time and a bit of luck.
But I do not like how there is no system in place to decompress the ship. No company would take the risk of losing profits rather than designing a way to deal with the thing costing them time and money.
That being said. Where is the freaking regulations. I am a truck driver. There are laws pertaining to strapping down cargo even in van and refrigerated trucks now adays. Yet these ships have no gravity and floating asteroids stored I the fuel storage area. Come on, man.
