Leaderboards are just broken

I have been playing on standard for months. At first my data was not being sent to the leaderboard because somehow I had "Data Collection" turned off. After I turned it on, it started clocking me from negative 1 billion. So I lost like a 1.6 billion in money.

So I deleted that profile and began again. Now I just took the number 1 spot and I am pretty sure that the leaderboards are just broken.

The leaderboard doesn't seem to count retroactively for the time the data collection is off, also it updates a few times per day.

Could the boards need a developer bug fix maybe? I've NOT purchased the game but just saw it while looking at my 'to buy' (maybe this one) list for 2021.

Also the Total income section seems to be stuck. I have been at #20 for a while, with the amount never changing.
