Also it’s on Steam and not exclusive elsewhere so they got my vote and money when it’s ready to prepurchase if possible.
Cheers,

I just hope it hasn't been completely written off... Would be awesome to tear down massive ships with friends!
This. A game like this is most fun played with friends, and only being able to play it alone makes me unsure if it's "worth a buy" so to say.
Still looks good and dont doubt it will be good game, but expectation of co-op sold buddy and me on this.
We never know - might be implemented along the way as the VR aspect of the game, it seems they're building the core functionality before implementing other aspect of the gameplay
I am hoping that is the case. EA is months away, so still time for a lot of news and changes.
technically, the dev didn't say that this will always be a single player game.
i really really wish at one point they will consider implementing multiplayer coop. Imagine being able to break ships part with friends, explore the derelict ship together. that's imo a cool concept
So while I would love to see a multiplayer version, personally I would rather see a great single player sooner and multiplayer later, than have to wait until both are ready.
And besides, if enough of us buy an initial single player release, maybe that will fund multiplayer development?
No need to be toxic, just asked if there is coop planed. Coop is never a bad thing.
