Shisensho Solitaire

It's Edge Tiles from Hoyle's Puzzle Games 2005
Yeah, I've played this game before, only it was called Edge Tiles and it was in with a bunch of other games in Hoyle Puzzle Games 2005. Another one of my faves was Slide Tiles. If this had that game I'd buy it in a hurry. But just Edge Tiles as one game by itself? Meh.

Hey Jxt09, no worries. There are a lot of versions of Shisensho out there - I posted links to a number of free ones on PC, online and mobile in the pinned "Welcome" topic.

For anyone wanting to check out Hoyle's Puzzle Games 2005, here it is on Amazon:

If by "Slide Tiles" you mean a version of Shisensho with gravity, there's one on Steam called "Mahjong Pretty Manga Girls". The tiles in that game slide away in any of four directions. It's got a brutal timer, though, so you have to be on your toes.

I don't plan to add sliding tiles to this game, but I never rule anything out. Thanks for the suggestion.

Wow a response from the Develeoper! Thanks for replying. Slide Tiles does not hav gravity. It's a set up just like what you have only you can slide the rows and colums to make matches. I use the Egyptian tile theme myself but there's also the mahjong tiles too.

And I never knew that what Hoyle put in there game as "Edge Tiles" was actually an asian game! That's pretty cool.

I'm happy to report that I am enjoying the game a lot more than I thought. And with all the different board sizes, plus the time attack and mini game there is a lot more to do than just a simple one size board like a cheap phone game. And this game has awesome music! I'll write a real review soon. Oh, and to the Developer: one of my friends now has the game because of screenshots and discussions about it. Yay!

Many thanks, Jxt09! That makes me so happy to hear. Happy matching. :)
