You can report bugs here. Try to describe the problem as best you can to help solve it. How to reproduce it? Has it already been reported? Specify your parameters (screen resolution, display mode, etc.). To avoid bugs I strongly recommend playing with a screen resolution of 1920*1080. Restart a new game if something is broken in your game before a bug fix.
