Where can buy game key?

Like a game key, I want to gift a key to a friend who I want to guilt trip (with the key) into playing with me. Alas, steam is disapproving of international friendships between CAD and USD. So I would need a key to enact my plan.

Might I ask why? Humble bundle has the game for epic for 18. Why would you ask 30 from steam people if it's the exact same game? You still make the money cause they buy the keys, they just resell them at their values. I plan on picking up the game anyways, but it's just something I noticed.

Oie guvna, ya cant gift games anymore since the international BS happened. You CAN however, by using the steam website its self, gift your friend money to buy the game themselves. It's what I have to do with my wife, as my steam is American and her's isn't. https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards/selectgiftcard , not sure if that link will show or work propperly, but ifin it doesnt or ya too scared to clink rando link just google "steam money gifting" and it should pop up. I debated that yes, but I also can't stop them from taking the money and buying something else with it instead. It also kind of ruins the surprise.
