The combat alone is worth the price of admission, I'd say. Very fluid and often hilarious. My only real note of caution would be the bugs and unfinished systems, but the dev seems to be very engaged, so I was willing to take the risk.

If you want deep character development and a bunch of fun skills to play with, check out the clips on reddit and see if that helps you make your decision. If you want deep stories in your games, you should probably hold off and reassess later.
I rate this game. There's enough meat on the bone to get into it now, but like Megan has previously stated it still is Early Access and heavy on the Bug Front. If you are the Patient sort I'd say grab it now, but for an... easier experience? Wishlist it and stay tuned..!

only if you want to support the development. I have spare money to take the risk the game never gets polished. but that said if the dev does fix up the game it will be in my top ten.

I'd say minimal are posted high just in case. I am having bit below, with 1070 GPU and Ryzen 5 r3600x . It put me on Epic (belov ultra) and i haven't had single lag so far.

It really depends on how you play. Mouse and keyboard? I'm sure it's fine for the most part, other than not being able to rebind keys and being stuck with a pretty sh*t bind layout. But if you only have a deck, or like to use controller, then no. It looks like a game id love to play, but I only have a deck and it won't function very well without controller support.

That depends. Against single foes not an issue. But if you damage multiple foes at once, your FPS tanks.

Also for some strange reason doing building at the stronghold eats up RAM like there is no tomorrow.
