Major Game crashes

Verified game files, No mods, super low settings because it was thought to be a GPU issues(I have a 3080), capped framerate, updated GPU drivers.
The game crashes after 30 minutes, tested in both mutliplayer and Singleplayer. Running the latest version of the game.

My most recent crash was on a pregnancy window popup in singleplayer

I think it has to do something with a Windows update which have caused a lot of problems for some, including me as well. So as of now i am prohibited from playing the game since it hard crashes my entire Pc after 10+ min even with Vulkan instead of DirectX11.

Iv had so many issues with a good amount of my games that i never had due to that windows update. I cant even play rise of the ronin anymore either due to constant crashes and this game here before the windows update no issue playing vanilla or mods now... black screen and no signal.

Of course the majority of the community keeps ignoring that i keep saying i played fine before that update and just think im a idiot when i keep saying before the update it was all fine

My issues include both Vulkan and Dx11. it just randomly crashes and even though windows has had an Update at Windows 11, nothing has changed.

Just spent the entire evening trying to figure this out and then saw the stickies when I came to vent. Thought it was my system. Crashing on building menus, crashing on events. Really hope I get a refund on the DLC I bought. I'm on the beta build for Win 11 so ain't no good things coming down the line just yet if Paradox are blaming Microsoft.

edit: nope, no refund cos spent longer than 2 hours trying to figure it out. really pissed off with Paradox because this is unplayable.
