"End of an Era" - Achievement not firing

After many weeks, I finished my run only to find that the achievement hadn't been triggered. I play without mods. Other achievements worked flawlessly. Thank you for not fixing this bug, which apparently (according to Google) has been around for years. Bravo.

edit: reloading the game didn't help. the savegames are also now locked for achievements, lol
