867 start date doesn't fully load from history

anyone else getting this that it stops at 92 -95 % and then jsut goes to normal loading for the map (it's kinda random where it stops for me but alway's roughly there) at the 867 start date ?

yes verified files , with and without the 1 mod i uses

with the loading not complete i can still select a random character but if i click a character that wasn't loaded in i crash to desktop

and it alway's happen in 867 (1066 is fine alway's loads to 100 % haven't checked the other starting date)
