Unknown error login

After the latest update, I can't log into my game account in game. It works on the website and in the launcher. It says "Unknown error"

i have the exact same issue. so its likely something on the backend.

however, multiplayer works for my roommate, who is on the same WAN and uses windows while i'm on linux.

what operating system you on?
