Reforming Asatru, any suggestion for third tenet?
I think to try "Pursuit of Power" + "Unrelenting faith"

What would be third one? Smth to boost opinion? Like Blot? Sacrifices? Or maybe none of above and you have some different Viking tenet combo in mind?

:yawp:No communion, please

Well there's a couple that might be considered thematic. One is Astrology Divination which boosts naval speed by 25%. Vikings went around in their longboats a lot so the naval speed boost could boost their longboat's speed. Next is Adaptive which seems to go along with the norse culture tradition where they adapt.
Monasticism to help fix succession? Also Warrior-monks ^^
Truth be told, why do you feel the need to change Asatru to a reformed religion?

What do you get out if it, which can't be got somewhere else?

If it's for RP reasons, fair enough.
Otherwise, there are far better and easier ways to achieve your goal(s).

Ritual celebrations.

To create Valhalla on earth! You drink, you fight and then you drink after the fight, just to fight after the drink.

If you ever want to get out tribalism and partition, you need to follow organized faith.

Some propositiond for OP:
- Divination, as someone already mentioned: faster sailing and random boost to lifestyle every five years through desision
- Esotericism: chance to get Wise Man trait (and decision to farm learning every five years)
- Literalism is available for pagans, synergizes very well with Esotericism
- Mendicant Preachers: faster conversion, good for large empires
- Monasticism: easier succession

You don't "need" to follow a reformed faith, but that's sure the easiest and fastest way.
However, you (the player) can perfectly stay unreformed, keep the ability too raid, and become feudal.

-let your heir inherit a feudal title higher than yours (e.g. kingdom vs your duchy/Duke title).
-you could try to have your liege (if you have one), demand conversion, keep practicing your old faith, go feudal and then come out to profess your old/real faith.
Basically do a Rollo.
-with enough piety you could switch forth and back. Unreformed->reformed->become feudal->switch back to Unreformed.
-become a reformed religion and feudal, then let a.i. guardian your heir, select hit box for teach religion.

Even if it's for cultural advancements you can stay tribal and have your culture advance to the next age by temporary transfer culture head to a feudal (or similar tier) ruler.

Truth be told, I think raiding is crucial in every of my playthroughs untill mid game or whenever I've established myself (a.k.a. build up my economy to the point I can maintain the best MaA's maxed out and make a little profit).
Which a lot of times is way before mid game.

To make this all make sense 😀.
The only reason to reform an Unreformed faith is for RP reasons.
Mainly because the greatest benefit, you can have, in the game (the ability to raid) is nullified by doing so.

Christian Syncretism. Doesn't look very exciting, but it will allow you to intermarry with Christians, giving you alliances and later claims on those powerful Frankish and Germanic kingdoms. Great for blobbing out.
