(all of which was added in numerous DLC, as ck2's base game is extremely shallow for today's standards.)
I love how people on one hand complain about "having too much DLC" or "having too little" when it's usually really about something else.....
Ck 2 is still around, and although CK 3 is a drastically better game and often has 6x as many players on a given day. (proving it is the preferred option, seeing as ck 2 is literally free.)
Ck 3 is already the bigger game. Factually proven in the code and scripting. More advanced program, and far more capable as a program then ck2 ever was.
So, don't worry, we have more DLC coming. Here is to the steppes, can't wait.
There are also a few of the earlier DLC, that have more potential then what is currently there. Hopefully we get some of that Stellaris retro treatment.
Sure. I may be mistaken, but I don't believe CK2 had adventurers or administrative government. Last content DLC in September had them. You may not like either, but it will be a pretty convoluted argument to call them cosmetic DLC.
Next content DLC Is due in March or April. CK2 worked the 'zact same way - couple/three content DLC a year with a lot of cosmetic filler DLC between. At least CK3 isn't trying to sell me tunes, sprites, and heraldry packs... yet. That's 4 years of pointless and cheap to crank out cosmetic DLC I don't miss at all.
