Scholasticism tenet, how to get it?
Well, as the topic suggests. Can anyone enlighten me as how to get Scholasticism tenet？From the 867 bookmark, a small Monastic Order on ireland begins with this tenet. But I was unable to get it. The study rite interaction has no use on it. Just how to get this tenet？

OK. Many thanks. Never tried that since I never tried to create a rite. I only intended to use it as a personal tenet for my character and have it registered at an ecumenical council.
