Has anyone else taken a very sudden hit with poor performance?

Not sure if it's a recent update or because I updated my graphics driver, but suddenly the game can't go the fastest speed without stuttering. Add in mods and Speed 5 becomes like Speed 3 with lots of pauses. The game used to run really smooth even if with a lot of mods.

The last update was quite awhile ago. I suspect one of your mods got a bad update, and that is the cause.

That is a very common mod issue (as in something with the mod or combination of mods isn't working well with the game).

It's having a hard time even without mods, is the thing. Just not as dramatically so.
