Any Mods to add Historical Context (Not Neccessarily a Change to Gameplay)

Are there any CK3 mods that add historical context without substantially changing gameplay?

I’m looking for something like an encyclopedia / Wikipedia-style helper mod: extra information on historical figures, dynasties, religious concepts, titles, institutions, etc. For example, hovering over or clicking on someone like Charles the Bald and getting a link or short historical entry, or being able to read a non-mechanical explanation of a term like “autocephaly.”

I vaguely remember CKII having something along these lines, either through built-in Wikipedia links or a mod, but I may be misremembering the exact implementation.

I am not looking for a total conversion or major balance overhaul. I mostly want contextual/history-learning additions that leave gameplay close to vanilla.

Does anything like this currently work on the latest CK3 patch? If so, I would really appreciate the name of the mod, especially if it is compatible with vanilla or common lightweight mod lists.
