Use the legal way, travel a lot with your character and visit the Monuments. You get many skill points with this methode. In normal case I get every skill I want with each character and don´t know in the end, what I should chose. :D But yes, when you start the game this is not so easy. After several gamings years with more delelopment this is much easier.
