Cannot reset password for paradox account

Hi!

I don't remeber when i creared my account there, but i can't create new account, it says that my email already exists.

I am trying to reset my password.
I am getting a email, but when I submit a new password I always get a "An error occurred, please request a new password reset." message. I tried many times, but there's an error everytime.

I also tried emailing [e-mail] I receive email with "... Please follow the link below to choose a password, and we will log you in right away.

I follow a link, enter my email address, it says that i'll a email, but i don't.

I can't create a support ticket, because i need to be signed in.

What else i can try?
