What's your "not so obvious" tips?
I'll start with something i just found out.

It seems if you keep your bishop fabricating claims on counties belonging to the same duchy, eventually he will offer you the claim on the whole duchy itself! This is amazing because :

1. You get multiple claims in one shot (you can always wage war to take the individual counties one by one if you want) which saves you a lot of gold vs doing claims one by one. The duchy claim is about double the regular one so if you're getting 2 counties or more, it's worth it.
2. You will only need to wage one war to take the whole duchy, instead of multiple wars for each county, and a truce of 5 years between each of those war... saves you a lot of time and you conquer faster this way!
3. Since you claimed the duchy, you won't have to spend 250 gold to create a duchy out of all the counties you just took! saves a lot of gold down the line
4. Since a duchy needs more points to win, you will have time to raid the whole enemy territories for gold... this is a side tip, you don't have to just take the objective and hold it for the win, often it's better to go capturing castles left and right for gold and make the war as long as possible, since the 5 year truce is so punishing, this gives your armies something to do and you will farm both gold and prestige.

What's your not so obvious tip or something that took you a while to realize?

Just discovered one: If you right-click on a title icon in a character's window (under Titles or Claims, not the big one at the left), you jump to that location on the map.
Another tip :

Need a court physician? save your money and get someone by marriage. For example, you can marry one of your knights using "find spouse", reset all the filters, and order the list by "learning". You will find the best healers possible even outside your range and can get them for free because they'll come over your court to marry your knight. My current physician has 22 learning and this is how i got her.

Protip : This works for everything, including intrigue. I just found a 25 intrigue person that i am about to hire and sway for loyalty.

Think of this the next time you need anything, a doc, a spy, even a mentor for your kids.

EDIT: I just realized we can do this with women too. This means we can bring in amazing knights without spending the 750 fame and then the gold to hire each! Simply find spouses for women in your court, and order the results by "prowess". There is no icon for prowess on the right side, but there is an option for that in the drop down list on the left (along with relevance, alliance power, etc). There you go, the best knights you can reach!

Extra tip : their liege will have to accept the marriage. To make this possible, your best friends are your chancellor on "foreign affairs" mode (since foreign rules will like you more and be more inclined to approve the marriage), but even better DREAD. I just -barely- got a foreign leader to let me have his prowess 18 knight because he was "terrified of me" and that gave me just enough point for him to accept marrying his noble knight to my nobody lowborn. I'll take it!

Enjoy

You can hold right mouse button to spin the map for a new perspective of things going on.
This one might be obvious to some but maybe others will overlook it. You can fabricate a claim on your vassals counties, and then revoke them for no tyranny.
A few of my tips:

1. You can use the seduction scheme on your own spouse to create opportunities for pregnancy. This is useful if your ruler is homosexual too.

2. If you are the head of your dynasty you are able to arrange most of the marriages in your dynasty. You can use this to your advantage in a number of ways.

3. If you are in immediate need of an ally you can propose a betrothal of one of your underage children to create an alliance with a potent realm.

4. When changing someone on your council using the circle with arrows icon you should look to see if other current council members on the list would be good candidates. A "swap" option will appear and you can simply swap the council members to make better use of their stats without getting penalties for firing someone.

5. Be sure to check your list of champions in the military screen and FORBID anyone that might be of value. For example, your heir, your council members, or potent allies you don't wish to risk losing in battle. Forbidding someone does not cause a penalty.

6. You can always run BOTH a hostile scheme and a personal scheme. There is basically never a reason not to always have a personal scheme running as risks are usually low.

7. You can create multiple rally points, and there is little reason not to create a rally point right when and where you need it.

8. If you hold CTRL and left click any tile on the Realm political map and it will break down that location to its next-lowest level. For example, if you click on a kingdom and CTRL left click it will break it down to its constituent duchies. You can do this all the way down to the county level.

9. Any dead character will have a small skull icon in their lower-right portion of their portrait. You can mouse over this to find out when and how they died.

10. You can easily see in a character's portrait if they are related to you. A green blood drop means they are both family and in your dynasty. A red drop means they are family/related, but not in your dynasty. A gray drop means they are bastards.

11. In the lower right of the screen where you can change map types from Realm view to Kingdom view, etc there is also a small plus sign. There are 4 additional map views here that show useful information.

There are tons more, but there ya go.

Speaking about the children's education, there is actually a button on the characters that you can click to change their education focus. So you don't have to accept them just getting whatever(usually whatever the person teaching is best at).

Also relating to the tip on getting a physician, medical skill is just the learning stat. So literally any random person can be a physician as long as they have learning at a decent level. I didn't really think about that until my character got a random event and I did surgery on someone and succeed.
Oh yeah if you go to the realms tab(the crown), then go to succession it tells you exactly who gets what when you die and who you will play as. It even tells you specifically which titles you will lose and if they will fall to someone outside of your control or not.

While it is true that one can use Learning skill to make medical choices, a court physician that is recruited will often also have the Physician Lifestyle Trait. This gives significant bonuses to their ability to heal.

Click the Realms map icon again (the largest map filter button down there)

nice, tnx again. good tips.
If you click on a shield (title) there is a little tab on the bottom where you can "add laws",
just above destroy title,
there you can change some stuff for succession laws for 500 or 1500 prestige.

1. When you start a game as the Countess of Zamora, her chance of succeeding at murdering her liege and the chance of getting away without being caught are both 95%. If you've tried playing as her you'd know why that's significant.
If you click on a header in the family view (for example, Siblings), it will bring up only those relations, using the whole tab to do so. Much better than squeezing them together like CK2 did!
