Load from backup glitch/exploit
So I played a day where I did a bunch of stuff (bought a pet, new animals, seeds...) got to the end of day and saved and went to next. Realised that I forgot to buy seeds for the new day since it was Wednesday now, and the shop was closed and since it was the 24th, not planting today would mean not planting at all until the next month. So I decided to load the day before from backup.

Played the whole day day again and got my seeds and decided on a better name for my pet and finished out the day. At the end of day summary however, it gave me a friendship bonus level with my old pet (that should not exist, moreover the new pet had not even arrived yet as the cutscene did not happen until the morning after) as well as a level in farming that I did not get the first time.

It appears that loading from backup (for the 23rd) kept some of the data from the primary save that was already on the 24th and just added them. I have no idea how this might affect my new pet (it now only shows the new pet name in the characters screen) but potentially this could be an exploit to increase skill levels without advancing the calendar. (ie: have a massive harvest, get farm xp, go to next day, load backup of first day, have massive harvest again for more xp, end day again and repeat loading from backup).

So yeah, the game thinks I have two cats now, but they both have the same name (new one)

Unfortunately I am well past the point where even the backup of that save still exists (now middle of summer) so no way to retrieve that.
