"Exciting 3D battles"........all I see is a screen filled with cr@ppy green platforms topped with rectangles that are supposed to be armies. Are you actually being serious now? You're gonna charge money for this?

Apparently the game originally came with a colour map showing the starting unit positions - has anyone been able to track it down?

I would be very interested if anybody ever decided to create an Enhanced Edition of these BATTLESCAPES games, however unlikely that may now be. Things like sound effects (which later titles in the series such as GETTYSBURG and DREADNOUGHTS had), improved graphics, tweaked game play of course, a greater variety of messages and perhaps several scenarios included just for good measure.
