How do I plan a push or plan to build a company around a wrestler?

I keep getting the news that other promotions are planning to push a wrestler or planning to build a company around a wrestler. I'm not even sure if I'm going to use it, I just want to know if I can do that for the company I'm booking and if so, how?

I don't think you can, just manually push a guy by booking him well. I think that feature is meant to give direction to non-player companies.

I agree (and could be wrong) that this feature seems NOT to be aimed at giving us a "face of the company" style mechanic. Rather, I feel like it's here to increase immersion by telling us "the competition is doing something" so that you feel less alone.
