How do I set Owners/Bookers?

I've created all regions and subregions and small number of venues, a promotion and its events, and one worker I intend to own it. What do I need to do to make him owner?

What AI gives consistent characters? I want the workers/logos and belts and other things I generate to have a consistency of stylization. Any tips are appreciated.

First, the worker needs to be part of the promotion you want him to be owner or booker. Then you must be certain that in the worker's profile he can be assigned as a booker or owner. Then in the Promotion's onwer box, you can choose the person. Same goes for the other positions in the federation.

I'm actually also having problems with this. I have the worker I would like to be owner in the promotion, I have his options can be owner checked in his personality box. Doesn't work
