Recruiting a Hero When All Slots Are Full
What happens if I complete a mission that gives me access to a new hero, but all of my active and aspirant slots are full?

What the hell! I've though that it has only 4 slots for aspirant.
Another question, if the active slots are full, how can I put some one into the active slots without dismissal any one?
