Please help with gemstones (post patch)...

I've 61 Emeralds, 23 Sapphires, but 0 Topaz ... is there any way to convert gemstones? When I was first starting the game, I could have swore I read somewhere you could convert at 10 to 1 (Emeralds to Sapphires, & Sapphires then to Topaz) .. but I can't :: find that post again, figure it out in the interface, and/or know if the patch changed this?

@sandman25dcsss .. thanks, I was able to find it after your post!

However, on my screen, the small arrows are "above" where the gemstones are in the "frame" of the Forge dialog box; so I didn't even realize they were "clickable" until your comment. Don't know why they couldn't put them "between" the actual gemstones.?.
