Question to XP
How it is calculated? I have usually one char that get less or in opposite more than rest of the team.. it sis based on dmage done, kills... shared? Why there is difference?

Also is there some point killing downed unded? (from XP point of view)

Thanks

XP isn't rewarded for killing enemies. It's rewarded for finishing the mission, and in some missions, for completing secondary objectives (like finding 5 orbs, saving an npc, etc.).
Every character gets the same base XP. If one of your characters got more XP than others, there are 2 possibilities:

1. That particular character did something that increased their XP gain (for example, used an XP tome before going out on the mission, or used an XP shrine during the mission).
2. That character was lower level. The amount of XP you get from the mission and from secondary objectives scales up or down depending on your level compared to the mission level. If some of your characters are higher level, they will get less XP from the mission. If some are lower level, they will get more.

im very confused about xp because in my last mission mordred and the archer lady were both level 5, in the mission i found an xp shrine and used it on the lady, after the mission mordred got around 2 times as much xp as her, she got like +98 and he got like 200-300 ish

I have a lot of hours in this game and I've never seen anything like what you're describing. Are you sure you didn't misclick when using the shrine and accidentally picked Sir Mordred instead of Lady Dindraine? Or maybe you used an XP tome on him (although I don't think they're available that early in the game)? When you say ``they're both level 5", do you mean before the mission or after?

Just to add something else, you get more exp the more encounters you face, meaning dodging encounters via conversation is usually a no no. Source from dev: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1157390/discussions/0/3111394035972200331/
